At RevPrint Tokai our philosophy is to ensure that all our clients receive the best optimal solution for their print requirements with minimum fuss while still ensuring consistent quality throughout the process.

Step 1

Requirement
Consultation

Before offering any design or printing solution, we listen to the clients’ requirements such as budgetary constraints, timescales, file readiness and stated objectives. Then, using our extensive knowledge of printing, offer practical and achievable solutions to meet the desired requirements.

Step 2

Quote for
Options

Once the requirement is firmed up we can still offer options in terms of file preparation, material choices, finishes and print processes to enable the client to make an informed choice.

Step 3

Prepare Files
for Print

Our in-house designers can either evaluate your files or prepare designs for you. In both instances, we apply our knowledge of the printing process to be used to ensure that file will result in the best result possible.

Step 4

Mock-up / Sample Proof

We will always provide a proof or a mock-up of the final job to ensure that the client has a clear idea of what is being delivered and that it will meet expectations to achieve the desired result.

STEP 5

Print
Production

We use high-quality up to date machinery, but the result is still dependant on the operator to ensure consistent quality. Our production team are experienced in both the handling of the material and in ensuring the best practices for consistent quality results.

Finishing
Processes

We can add more value to any print job with our wide range of finishing equipment to ensure a professionally produced result.

Step 7

Quality
Control

Our in-house designers can either evaluate your files or prepare designs for you. In both instances, we apply our knowledge of the printing process to be used to ensure that file will result in the best result possible.

Step 8

Invoice &
Delivery

A VAT invoice is emailed to the client on completion of the job to inform them their order is ready for collection. This allows for an EFT and a driver to be sent to collect unless delivery and/or account arrangements have been put in place. All documentation is saved on our systems so that telephonic feedback can be obtained concerning the status of a client’s order.

STEP 9

Records for repeat
requirements

Our uniqueness is that the process is entirely documented, and the files are backed up so that repeat orders can be made without complication. We retain electronic files indefinitely and have physical samples for up to 3 years.

STEP 10

Regular liaison
with clients

From time to time we do send out newsletters to clients, depending on their stated choice, to notify them of specials or any new products or services available.
