How do I place an order?

What’s the minimum order for business cards or letterheads?

We can print as few as you need but generally for digital printing the minimum is 100 business cards or letterheads and for lithographic printing the minimum is 250 cards or letterheads.  The minimum quantities are worked on the best value to our clients taking into consideration the minor setup fee and/or design costs.

What type of printing process is used?

For larger quantities we print using our high quality full colour lithographic printing press whereas, for small to medium orders (less than 1000), we generally use our high quality state-of-the-art full colour digital machines.

What resolution does my artwork need to be?

Images (eg. JPG, TIFF, PSD) should be 300 dpi. If your artwork is less than this, the print quality will be compromised. Your photo or design must meet the required resolution and file format before uploading it to our Drop Box facility or emailing it to us. Click here for all the file formats we accept

What is the turnaround time?

Normally turnaround time is 3-5 working days. For certain larger jobs, with a high amount of finishing, this could increase to 10 working days. If however you have specific time constraints, please talk to us and we will make appropriate plans.

Can you produce artwork for me?

For sure!  We have a graphic design section which can conceptualise and design everything from logos to business cards, letterheads, newsletters and magazines.  Feel free to contact us with your requirements – click  here

Will I be able to see a proof before you run my print job?

Yes. Proofing is very important for us to be sure that the artwork meets your requirements. We usually require a signature on a printout of your artwork or alternatively an email from your own email address.  Approval of artwork is essential before we go ahead with the printing of your job.

What if I don’t approve of the design or a mistake has been made on the proof?

No problem. If it’s our mistake  or it’s just a minor change eg. telephone or text change,we’ll fix it at no charge.  For a complete redesign we may need to quote an additional fee.

What if I want to produce my own design?

We are more than happy to accept your own design in almost any file format for PC and Mac. Feel free to use our Drop Box facility to upload your file.
